About:

THE largest ENT gathering in Europe with more than 3,000 attendees, held in the award-winning CCD (the Convention Centre Dublin), featuring an extensive scientific programme. In 16 parallel sessions, the Confederation will cater to all kinds of scientific needs of ENT doctors, specialists and allied health care professionals.

The Challenge:

One day build for high spec expo with complex free builds – no shell scheme exhibitors at all for this space only event. This event made use of the entire expo venue and included a large amount of venue branding and wayfinding signage in addition to a bespoke registration area.

The Solution

An optimized design to facilitate offsite pre-build for the majority of items to to streamline build up at the venue. Complex equipment on display with specific cabling and electrical requirements – all pre-determined and mapped in advance so as not to delay on-site builds.
