About:

The BioMedica tradeshow is a bi-annual event designed for exhibitors and their customers to meet face-to-face, identify needs and concerns and build connections.

The Challenge:

Extremely tight build time frame further complicated by the expo taking place on the first floor of the venue. Careful planning was required to ensure sufficient access for Total Expo, the logistics company and the exhibitors who all required access to the lift to bring and remove significant equipment on site for the build and exhibition.

To work closely with the Organiser, the venue and the logistics partner regarding access schedules for load in and load out in order to build an extremely busy and full expo within the short time frame available.
