About:
This was a first time event for Total Expo and the CCD venue. It was a busy event which had full tenancy of the CCD venue for the duration of this 4-day event.
The Challenge:
1.5 day build for high spec expo with complex free builds and display equipment – no shell scheme exhibitors at all for this space only event. This event made use of the entire expo venue and included a large amount of venue branding, poster panel and wayfinding signage.

The Solution
An optimized design to facilitate offsite pre-build for the majority of items to to streamline build up at the venue. Complex equipment on display with specific cabling and electrical requirements – all pre-determined and mapped in advance so as not to delay on-site builds.
