About:
This is an event for which Total Expo has been the full services expo contractor for many years. The event is built as a modular beMatrix show with a mix of shell exhibitors and space only exhibitors for whom we create bespoke stands using beMatrix.
The Challenge:
The 2022 event had the added request to accommodate not only the expo, staging and catering but to also include over 74 individual enclosed private meeting rooms each booked by a conference sponsor for the duration of the event.

The Solution
Created a quick build solution for the meeting rooms in beMatrix which allowed for private meeting rooms with both a default branding and furniture layout as well as an upgraded option which sponsors ordered via our event specific webshop. The upgrade option on the webshop also included a link to the artwork template which made it easy for sponsors to book and submit artwork for these upgraded meeting room packages.
