This European edition of OWASP’s flagship event took place in Barcelona, May 29–30, 2025, at the International Convention Centre Barcelona (CCIB). The event assembled over 700 cybersecurity professionals across six tracks, covering topics from project development to organisational culture.
The Challenge:
Supporting simultaneous training and conference programming in multiple tracks, with clear navigation, branding, and technical infrastructure across a large venue.

The Solution
Developed a coherent multi-zone layout distinguishing training, exhibition, and presentation areas. Installed consistent branding and signage throughout the CCIB to guide attendees. Coordinated AV and infrastructure for multiple concurrent tracks, ensuring smooth transitions and attendee navigation.
